The rest of August

For Ian, exec started in full swing.  So far, he's had a great experience being on the first council of a brand new school.  He's found that a lot goes into coming up with new traditions and igniting school spirit.  It's a very unique time and he gets to be a big part of it, with his best friend Chad.

The exec council for both Green Canyon and Skyview

Football also started for Ian.  We didn't see a lot of him this month

AJ got to go on a humanitarian trip to Africa.  He came home very happy with the whole experience!

AJ and the cool African trees looking good!

Alicia started cross country a little late and with much encouragement and by far the best pep talks her mother has ever given.  .  There were tears the first couple of days but gradually she gave it a chance and found she was a natural born runner.  She even came in first place for her school JV a couple of times.  This picture is her with Jerica--who was so helpful in keeping Teesh going.  They made some great memories.
