AJ and Audrey ran in their state meet on Wed.  Our original plan was to go down and then stay there for a few days-go to lagoon, trampoline park, stay in a rental condo etc.  But there wasn't much available since it was UEA, we realized how crowded Lagoon would be which is always the factor that scares me away.  So we ended up driving to Twin Falls.  I had a memory of how amazing the falls were there and wanted to see them again.  Since it was a drought year--there wasn't much to see.  The canyon was beautiful though and we all hiked up to see the evilcanevil ( I know that is for sure spelled wrong) jump off point.

The highlight of our trip was going to the twin falls DI.  All of us had forgotten to bring our swimsuits for the hotel pool.  Of course this was all mom's fault and the most awful sin I have committed in years according to my kids.  So to get out of being in the dog house for days, we made a stop at DI and we all picked out the greatest swim wear that we could find.  We looked like a bunch of overly modest Mormon's in the pool but we had it to ourselves anyway so it didn't matter.

So, basically we drove to Twin Falls to go to DI, swim in a pool, eat at Johny Corrino's (reminiscent of our Ft. Collin's days), eat frozen yogurt, and go to a movie.  We saw Hotel Transylvania which was great too.  We came home refreshed and relaxed.  Then the next day happened....
