so grateful for friends

Abbi Larson, Shelly Felix, Robin Earl, Lauri Hancey, Merinda Larson and me.

So, today were both Shelly and Lauri's birthdays.  Merinda and I decided to throw a little b. day luncheon for them  It was great getting together.  My poppy seed chicken actually turned out good (usually something goes wrong whenever I invite others over.) Shelly was headed south after our lunch to say her final goodbyes to her mom who has cancer.  I feel very bad for her and I'm sure that that is putting a damper on her birthday.

Spring is in the air!  I love daylight savings time!
